When I was young my family went to a Methodist church. I gave my life to God there at a young age. My parents then got divorced and the church pretty much excommunicated us. Sad to say but then at that time I decided that if that was christianity I wanted nothing to do with it. I found more love and acceptance with my drugee friends. I then spiralled further and further down into a pit of drugs and alchohol. At one point I found myself homeless and stealing whatever I could to supply my drugs. Then finally I hit rock bottom when I was in and out of mental institutions because of how much drugs I had done and demon voices that were tormenting me. One night sitting on the window sill in a mental institution I kept remembering the salvation scriptures I learned so many years before. Finally I said God if you can do anything do something, and like the snap of a finger the voices were gone... my torment was over. The next day I told the doctors there that I was healed and they thought that I was just being dilusional. Until they took more brain scans and saw all the dead brain tissue that had been reborn then they agreed to release me. Everyday ever since some ten years later now I am still amazed at His love for me!
