slocivicex's 2000 Honda Civic

Well, I wouldn't really call it a testimony but I will share it with you. About 2 months ago, a girl that I knew that went to my highschool was killed in a car acacident. Now I have grown up in a christian family my whole life and always attended church but I never really knew or understood what was going on. I always wanted to go because that was a place where I could socialize with friends. Well when she passed away, it drew me alot closer to God. I had stopped attending church because for one, my pastor can be quite boring and two, I work all weekend and very tired on Sundays and also considering the fact I work all day on Sundays. Well yes it drew me alot closer to God when that happened to her and ever since then I have just been wanting a close relationship with God. I have been studying the Bible everyday, praying to him everyday and just been thaking him for everything he has done. I dont want to get to know him just because I want to go to heaven, but I would also like to just get closer to him.
