You would probably never know it now, but although I grew up in and out of church while I was young (even preached my first Sermon at age 11), that did not stop me from trying to enter in to the gang life when I was about 14/15. I grew up in an extremely broken home, with my parents splitting when I was 4 and my mom having re-married 3 times, her second husband ending up in jail. I met my wife right at what was to be the close of that stage in my life of hate and gang life and at 17, I knew that my life was my Lord's and I would never return to anything aside from Him.

There has been a lot that has changed in the 5 years since I wrote this Testimony. I am now on the cusp of turning 31 years old in a couple of months and man, how life changes!

For anyone reading this Testimony, please know that God is King even when you are hurting. My family is currently sitting awaiting our fate in the coming months and whether I will have a job next year, just praying that God knows what He is doing. With that, just this past week, even in the midst of all that is going on and all of the uncertainty, God made a way for me to be able to get the keys to my own STi. God is good people, in when there does not seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel and all seems lost. Trust, He knows best.
