Duo's 1996 Honda Accord LX

I first got saved when i was 9 years old, i grew up in a christian home, my step-dad was a preacher and choir director, my mom in the choir, so i was in church at the minimum of 3 days a week. Pretty much my whole life i've been surrounded around ministry, i was a youth leader, played in the youth band, was in the dance group and drama ministry, but then we moved to south carolina about 3 years ago. Leaving the only church i've ever known hit me pretty hard, and in SC i didnt have the christian support that i had known back home. Eventually i felt my self getting weaker and weaker in the spirit, and stoped going to church and began surrounding myself around negative influences, drugs, alcohol, sex, even though i never participated in any of those activities, you absorb whatever you hang around. Then i was out and bought the most recent Toby Mac Cd "diverse city" and so many of the songs hit me, and i made a stand to redevote my life to chirst, i started going back to church, reading the word, and praising and worshipping, and now i feel so much closer to God. As the saying goes, "u never know what u lost until its gone", that was always my greatest fear, but its good to know "Nothing can seperate us from the love of God"!!!! Now i try and go by the nickname "Duo" cause i lead a life unseperatable from the presence of the Lord.
