CRUNK's 97 Honda Accord LX

On the south side of Decatur,
I was raised with tender love.
My mother always stressed the fact,
God blessed us from above.

So, at a very early age,
I was introduced to Christ.
I can still here my Daddy say,
He's The way, the truth, and the light.

But as I grew a little older,
gambling and drugs they came.
Had lot's of pretty women yaw,
cause I'd become a renegade.

Turned against my family,and friends,
chose crack rock for my high.
Felt so all alone,
I just knew I was going to die.

Then I became homeless,
and my strength began to fail.
I took some wild chances,
and ended up in jail.

Thats when I cried out "Lord Jesus,
what a mess I've truly made.
Forgive me of my sins Lord,
For I'm a renegaide".

Thats when I heard a small still voice,
say,"come on home my son.
The battle your trying to fight,
I've already won".

So, when my friends all see me now,
boy will they be shocked.
When they ask me what my high is now,
I'll tell them "JESUS IS MY ROCK".
